Stat Types
Base

Might: you want something changed into a better something? Forcefully? This stat is for you.

  • Physical strength
  • Magical output
  • Damage
  • Carrying Capacity
  • More strength means the toy drains energy faster

Agility: the speed at which point A suddenly becomes point B

  • Movement speed in general
  • Jump length

Skill: you might not be the greatest thinker, but by gods, can you make a great sandwich

  • Base Task Quality
  • Task Speed due to error reduction
  • Soft Cap on Skill Tiers

Mind: your brain is full of magic and you have a headache

  • Intuitive grasp on essence and its applications
  • Essence Containment: The ability to hold essence in certain patterns. This can be as simple as a shield or as complicated as weaving a construct out of thin air

Social: even tiny pieces of plastic have someone to talk to

  • Innate understanding of items, structures, or technologies
  • Complex understanding of social interactions
  • The ability to apply solutions to the future. May be a combination of knowledge and new solutions or something learned from a friend

Will: you're a pile of polystyrene animated by a slime, and it's only held together by your desire to stay on this plane

  • The threshold at which a character will give up a task.
  • The character's maximum capacity to solve a problem
  • Ability to shrug off or otherwise ignore damage in combat
  • Ability to shrug off or otherwise ignore other things going poorly
  • It's Defense
Innate

Fortune: A measure of the character's luck. Some people are just luckier than others.

???: Some toys have normal stats. This isn't one of these.

  • Custom name stat used for special occasions
Managed
  • Most characters will have at least three of these. Basic needs cannot be ignored and will be reflected in these pools

Health Pool: Amount of times a character can take damage in combat. May heal over time, can be fixed or repaired.

  • Injury: Reduces max Hp. Heals over time, but cannot be cured. Can be mitigated by swapping the damaged part, but the core is the one restoring the part; parts do not magically repair in storage.
  • At 0: The character is broken and cannot function correctly. This may entail missing limbs, a broken torso, or the inability to move at all.

Energy Pool: Energy is stored in batteries and is used for long-term actions. Tends to wear down over time.

  • Hunger: Reduces max Ep. Cured by food, but not immediately
  • At 0: The toy shuts down. Special care will need to be taken to reactive them, as they are effectively 'dead'

Liquid Pool: Most characters need a steady intake of liquids to keep themselves healthy

  • Disease: Reduces max Lp. Diseases come with a variety of other effects and need to be cured separately.
  • At 0: Characters enter a state of delirium that cause them to behave erratically and often destructively

Oxygen Pool: Most characters need to breathe. Heavy or strenuous actions consume a lot of oxygen. Easy come, easy go.

  • Stress: Reduces max Op. Stress is healed by rest and cured by sleep.
  • At 0: All other pools are rapidly drained to keep the character alive. This includes maximum levels
Race and Sex
  • Toys have sex characteristics that resemble humans. Some variation has been made to make toys more interesting, mostly denoted by extra characteristics like facial features or extra arms.

Human: The standard race. Comes in a variety of colors.
